These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Maestro’s website and services. By accessing our website or working with Maestro, you agree to these Terms.
1. About
Maestro provides talent deployment and staff augmentation services, including AI-assisted staffing, AI-augmented operators, and Try → Hire engagements. Our services are designed to support product, design, engineering, and marketing teams with embedded operator
2. Scope of Services
Maestro offers:
Deployment of vetted operators into client teams
Temporary or ongoing staff augmentation
Try → Hire engagements
Support for product, design, engineering, and marketing functions
Maestro does not act as an employer of record for clients and does not provide traditional recruitment services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Engagement Process
Work with Maestro typically starts with a brief submitted by the client.
Based on the information provided, Maestro will recommend a setup, timeline, and pricing.
Engagements are confirmed only after written agreement between Maestro and the client.
4. Subject of the Contract
Operators deployed by Maestro:
Work embedded within the client’s team
Follow the client’s tools, workflows, and communication practices
Are expected to perform their role professionally and independently
Maestro reserves the right to replace an operator if performance, availability, or circumstances require it.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed in advance and invoiced on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise
Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice
Late payments may result in suspension of services
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Grant of Rights
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement.
This obligation remains in effect after the termination of the engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
All work produced by operators during an engagement belongs to the client upon full payment
Maestro retains the right to reference the collaboration for portfolio or case study purposes, unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing
8. Limitation of Liability
Maestro provides services on a best-effort basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestro shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
Maestro’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Independent Contractors
Operators deployed through Maestro act as independent contractors unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the client and Maestro.
10. Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of Maestro’s services complies with applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction.
11. Website Use
All content on this website is owned by Maestro or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written consent.
12. Changes to Terms
Maestro may update these Terms from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Maestro operates.
